A. Introduction

The Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies (“Terms of Service”) are the main framework of your relationship with FURYPEDIA. By using FURYPEDIA services, you agree to all the Terms of Service outlined in this document.

Services are provided to individuals or official organizations (referred to in this document as “Client” or “You”). By using FURYPEDIA services, you agree to comply with all Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, you are not permitted to use or attempt to use FURYPEDIA services.

Users and Clients of FURYPEDIA services must accept the Terms of Service set forth below:

  1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims brought against us by third parties as a result of our provision of Services to you and your use of the Services.
  2. If you breach any Terms of Service and fail to correct it within seven (7) days after receiving written notice from us specifying the breach, we may terminate this Agreement immediately.
  3. If you are a company that enters liquidation due to bankruptcy, or if an administrator or administrative receiver is appointed, or if you enter into a voluntary arrangement with creditors, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.
  4. Upon termination of this Agreement or suspension of Services, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue any services previously provided to you. We reserve the right to delete all data or content that would have been published. However, at our discretion, we may retain such data for a certain period to allow you to retrieve it at your own cost, subject to full payment of any outstanding amounts due to us.

B. Changes

The Terms of Service may be amended in any aspect and at any time by FURYPEDIA. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. If you do not wish to continue using our Services due to these changes, you may notify us of your intent to discontinue the use of FURYPEDIA’s Services.


C. Service Policy

Social Media Marketing
By using our Social Media Marketing services, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service for as long as you use our services. Social Media Marketing is one of the services provided by FURYPEDIA to increase reach/accounts/profiles and more for a social media account through a specific process, within the scope and duration agreed upon in the service agreement. You agree to the terms of the reach/accounts/profiles added to your account as follows:

  1. Real Active Indonesian Followers refers to followers who can interact, such as liking, commenting, sending messages, and unfollowing accounts. We cannot guarantee that these followers will always interact with your account, as this is beyond our responsibility and is at the discretion of each account holder.
  2. Real Active Indonesian Followers who are added to your account are genuinely active followers from Indonesia, sourced from our partner’s database that works with FURYPEDIA. These followers participate in mutual engagement interactions with other accounts to gain engagement on their own. This requires them to log into their account and provide interactions to others, receiving interactions in return.
  3. Real Active Indonesian Followers may not have profile pictures or posts on their accounts but remain active on Instagram, such as viewing posts or stories of others. They may also have a high following count, as each account has unique activity levels.
  4. Mix Worldwide Followers consist of a mix of active and bot/inactive accounts with a random composition. Unlike Real Active Indonesian Followers, Mix Followers are primarily inactive or bot accounts, leading to low interaction levels but also a lower drop rate. We offer a guarantee for Mix Followers should a drop occur, within a specified period for each product.
  5. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise on your account. The process we use to add reach/accounts/profiles to social media is safe and avoids banning. Should your account face a ban due to our process, please provide concrete, valid evidence so we can verify and discuss the matter.
  6. FURYPEDIA’s services are intended solely to promote your YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other social media accounts to enhance your "Appearance."
  7. We do NOT guarantee that new followers will interact with you; we only ensure that you receive the followers you pay for. We do NOT guarantee that 100% of these accounts will have profile pictures, country-specific names, complete bios, and posts, though we strive for such features on all accounts.
  8. You may not upload any content to FURYPEDIA’s platform that includes nudity or any material inappropriate for the YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other social media communities.
  9. If your account already has over 100k followers/likes/views before ordering our services, this may affect our refill guarantee, even if you ordered a refill server service, as we cannot verify where you may have lost followers/likes/views. Once an order is placed, it enters an automatic server process, and we cannot intervene (refund/cancel).
  10. Information provided in the description column (e.g., speed, drop rate) is our best estimate for distinguishing between services. This information may be inaccurate depending on server performance and the number of orders on that server.
  11. FURYPEDIA does not guarantee delivery times for any service. We provide our best estimate of when orders will be fulfilled. These are only approximations, and FURYPEDIA will not cancel orders in progress if you feel they are taking too long.

Duplicate Order Warning

  1. If you place a new order with the same username/link while a previous order for that link is still in progress, it will be at your own risk, and no refunds will be issued for that order.
  2. If your order count drops below the initial count, we will not refill your order. This is because your previous followers have decreased, and we do not provide protection for your prior orders. Thank you for your understanding.
  3. If you encounter issues with your order (such as a drop or not completed status), please do not place another order for the same link/username until you have received a refund or replacement for your order. Doing so will be at your own risk, and we will not provide a refund in such cases because we cannot determine which server/order was delivered and which was not.
  4. If you place an order for refill services and then make a new order without the refill option, your refill validity for the previous order will expire.

Refill Terms

  1. Refill is the process of replenishing services (followers/likes/views/others) that have dropped or decreased since the order was marked as completed.
  2. Refill is only valid for services with a refill warranty specified. Each service has a different warranty period, please refer to the service name or description for details.
  3. If your order count drops below the initial number, we will not refill your order. This is because your previous followers have decreased, and we do not protect old orders. Thank you for your understanding.
  4. To claim a refill warranty, please go to the order history page and click the refill button or create a help ticket with your order ID attached.
  5. Make sure your account is not set to private. If it is, the refill request cannot be processed.
  6. The refill process can take up to 3x24 hours or more depending on the type of service.
  7. If the refill has not been completed, please check the status in the refill history menu or follow up on your help ticket.
  8. During the refill process, do not place a new order for the same username/link, or your warranty will be void.
  9. Refill requests cannot be made once the warranty period has expired.

Speedup Terms

  1. Speedup is the process of expediting an order whose status has been stuck or unchanged for more than 3 days.
  2. Speedup does not apply to services marked as slow in the service name or description.
  3. The maximum number of speedup requests is 1 per day for the same order ID.
  4. If the order status remains incomplete after 1x24 hours, you may request a second speedup and then wait another 1x24 hours.
  5. We only accept speedup requests, not periodic monitoring of incomplete orders.

D. Payment and Refund Policy

  1. In Furypedia, you need to top up your balance or funds before placing an order for services. We provide both automatic and manual payment methods. To top up your balance, you must register, go to the top-up page, select your payment method, and pay your top-up bill. After successful payment, your balance will be automatically added within 5 minutes to your account balance.
  2. Once a deposit has been successfully made, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason, and thus there will be no refund or fund transfer. You may only use the remaining balance to purchase services on the Furypedia site.
  3. If you dispute or charge back to us after depositing without a valid reason, we have the right to stop all future orders, ban you from our site, and reclaim followers or likes that we have sent to your Instagram/Facebook/Twitter account or other social media accounts.
  4. If your order status is partial or canceled, the balance will be automatically refunded to your account. Orders with a canceled status will be fully refunded, while orders with a partial status will be refunded for the amount of the order that was not processed.
  5. If the data entered for your order includes a private account, or the username/link changes, becomes damaged, deleted, or the account is suspended for violating the terms & conditions of the social media platform, Furypedia is not responsible for this, and if the order status is completed, Furypedia will not refund the balance for that order.
  6. Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same account. We cannot guarantee the correct number of followers/likes in such cases. We will not refund the payment for such orders.
  7. For non-refill services, there will be no refund, even if the amount decreases by 1 minute after the order status is marked as completed. Please place the order at your own risk.

E. General Policy

Scope

If you are an individual customer, these Terms of Service apply to everyone who gains access through your account. If you are a commercial customer, these Terms of Service apply to all employees, agents, and/or customers. In other words, a violation of the Terms of Service by anyone using your account will be considered a violation by you.


Duration
This service is available to you for as long as you wish to use it. However, we reserve the right to terminate the service if you use it in a manner that violates the terms of use.


Responsibility

  1. You are fully responsible for your own use of the Service. In addition to the information, products, or services provided by Furypedia, we do not control, provide, operate, or in any way assume responsibility for any information, products, or services that may be accessed through your Social Media Account.
  2. You agree to be responsible for any damages resulting from misuse while using the Furypedia service. These damages include defamation, fraud, or any other illegal activities that violate applicable laws.

Content

  1. When using any feature and/or service of Furypedia, you are prohibited from uploading or using any words, comments, images, or content that include elements of racism, discrimination, insults, vulgarity, threats, advertising, or promoting sites prohibited by applicable laws and regulations, or any other content that may be considered inappropriate according to social norms or Furypedia's own policies. Furypedia reserves the right to take necessary actions regarding any violation of this policy, such as removing content, moderating stores, blocking accounts, and others.
  2. You are prohibited from using photos/images that have watermarks indicating ownership by others.
  3. You acknowledge and agree that any misuse of photos/images uploaded by you is your personal responsibility.
  4. By uploading content or posting content to Furypedia, you grant Furypedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright, publicity, trademark, database rights, and intellectual property rights that you hold in the content, in any media now known or in the future. Additionally, to the full extent allowed by applicable law, you waive moral rights and agree not to assert those rights against Furypedia.
  5. You guarantee that you will not infringe intellectual property rights when uploading content to Furypedia's site. You are personally responsible for any intellectual property violations related to content uploaded to the Furypedia SMM Panel website.
  6. Furypedia reserves the right to remove any content or materials from the Feed that are considered to violate the Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or advertising ethics.

Fraud

  1. Furypedia is not responsible for any content identified as fraudulent.
  2. Furypedia does not tolerate any content identified as fraudulent.
  3. Furypedia will take action to suspend or deactivate the accounts of customers proven to be in violation of applicable laws in Malaysia.

Suspension and Termination Reasons
You agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Any violations of these Terms of Service or other rules, regulations, and policies below may result in Furypedia suspending or terminating your account. You agree that Furypedia has the right, with or without notice, to suspend or terminate your account after the first or subsequent occurrence of any of the following:

  1. Using the Service in a way that violates applicable regulations, laws, court orders, tariffs, regulations, or agreements (including, but not limited to, intellectual property, communications, privacy, criminal, and international laws).
  2. Using the Service in a manner intended to abuse or violate the privacy or property rights of others.
  3. Engaging in harassment, either through language, frequency, or size of messages, whether via email or website content.
  4. Directly or indirectly aiding in the distribution of copyrighted material illegally.

Privacy Policy
Furypedia will safeguard your data privacy by not sharing your personal information with third parties without prior permission from the respective customer, except as required in a court of law or administrative instruction, including official court summons, or as needed to provide Services. However, should there be a request from authorities seeking information regarding your account for investigative purposes, legal processes, or violations of IT law, Furypedia may be required to provide such data.

Disputes
You agree that any disputes between you and Furypedia arising from the use of the services in any way based on your customer relationship, and/or any unresolved use of the Service, will be submitted by the aggrieved party for binding arbitration under Indonesian law.

Applicable Law
The services available on this website are subject to the regulations in force in Indonesia.

The Customer Support team operates during company business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) to assist you with your needs. You can contact Furypedia's Customer Support team via Live Chat available on the website, through the official Furypedia WhatsApp number at 0184068136.

Ticket Terms
The Support team will respond to tickets in order of the queue. If you reply to a ticket, it will be placed at the end of the queue. Generally, our team will respond within 1 hour after receiving your ticket during business hours.
